  • Registration: September 1–30
  • School-age children for Salado, Bartlett, and Holland
  • Parent/guardian and child must attend
  • Socks, shoes, and a snack provided
  • Paper registration available at Heart and Hands Ministries

  • Saturday, October 17th
  • 8:30am – 1:30pm
  • Spanish-speaking volunteers are especially needed
  • Some roles include Parking, Greeters, Check-In, and Table Hosts

About the Happy Feet Project

Happy Feet is a daylong event in which Heart and Hands Ministries partners with First Blessing Ministry to provide new shoes to school-age children in our local communities.

We host the event at a local church and ask church and community members to share a meal with families. Those families will leave with a pair of new, well-fitting shoes, socks, and more!!

This event not only meets real needs in the community but also provides opportunities for our volunteers to share the love of Jesus with our neighbors.

Registration for eligible families opens on September 1st, 2026 and closes on September 30th, 2026. You may register online, or stop by Heart and Hands Ministries during our normal hours to fill out a paper registration.
